On-site service
1. Confidentiality Agreement Delivered
One of our bonded and insured employees will sign and deliver a copy of our Confidentiality Agreement which explains our document destruction services; this is for your protection and should be kept with your files. A service schedule with your regular service dates will be delivered for your convenience.
2. Security Container Delivered
We will deliver a security container of your choice to your office and set it up where you like. Key?s to the container will be delivered unless we are instructed otherwise.
3. Papers Collected
Your employees fill the container with confidential records. (paper, cd?s, etc.) There is no need to process the records, our equipment destroys binders, paperclips, fasteners, etc. so you don?t have to bother removing them.
4. Materials Destroyed
On your scheduled service date, one of our mobile destruction trucks will arrive at your office. The security container will be emptied into one of our rolling security carts and the contents will be taken to our truck and destroyed immediately, on the spot. Your location becomes the document destruction site.
5. Certificate of Destruction Delivered
Unless other billing arrangements are set up, an invoice and a Certificate of Destruction will be sent to your address of record the next working day.
6. Shredded Material 100% Recycled
All of your shredded material is mixed with other customers? material and delivered to our secure recycling warehouse for baling and shipping. Contributing to a sustainable economy and a lower carbon footprint.
Off–site service

4. Materials securely transported
On your scheduled service date, one of our secure collection trucks will arrive at your office. The security container will be collected and the contents will be taken to our truck and securly transported to our shredding plant.
5. Materials destroyed
Once your material arrives at our secure destruction plant the material is shredded and baled in our 20,000 pound per hour commercial paper grinder and baler.
6. Certificate of Destruction Delivered
Unless other billing arrangements are set up, an invoice and a Certificate of Destruction will be sent to your address of record the next working day.
7. Shredded Material Recycled
All of your shredded material is mixed with other customers´ material and shipped to paper mills for reconstitution into recycled products. Contributing to a sustainable economy and a lower carbon footprint.
